Apartment Review for The Legacy - San Antonio, TX

Pros: location, price, security gate, swimming pool was always clean, management was friendly Cons: Rodent problem, security gate broken most of the time, very slow to make repairs if made at all, management was hardly ever on site. Was told that they would pay for cable. They didn't. Put in a maintance request when I first moved in, broke the lease 4 months later they still hadn't made the repairs. When I told them about the rat problem (which other residents were having problem with as well) I was told to take care of it myself. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The manager is very good at selling and the unit they show you is way better then the actually units.
