Apartment Review for The Ranch At Shavano Ranch - San Antonio, TX

I have lived here for almost a year now. The complex looks pretty nice but the apartments and management is horrible a simple joke. I have had several problems with my garage not working properly and also pest control problems with my apartment. The construction was poorly done, there are quite a few holes, breaches on certain locations that allows insects to come in. I have had week that would catch over 9 crickets and recently just found 2 scorpions besides the one I found in my garage. Management does not seem to take pest control seriously around here. The way they manage/collect trash here is also one of the reasons so many insects/animals are attracted. They just tell us to leave the trash under the stairs. It smells pretty bad too. Noise can be pretty bad too and don't think that if you complain they will take care of it cause they won't ... This place is a joke. If you can find a better place go for it even if its a couple of bucks more. peace of mind is better than here.
