Apartment Review for The Toscana At Sonterra - San Antonio, TX

Water damage to the property still hasn't been repaired (a year later). The office doesn't enforce the community rules. I have to call the cops on a regular basis due to loud noises and minors drinking at the pool. People take their pets out there and dump food in the hot tub and no one cleans it up. The "courtesy officer" that lives on site NEVER takes care of the partying at the pool that goes on until all hours of the morning. You have to call the cops out if you want anything done. No one cleans up after their animals and if you let your children play in any of the grassy areas, they will have feces on their feet when they come in the apt. There is a problem with the fire alarms. They go off in the middle of the night for no reason. They scare the hell out of everyone and there is no explanation from the staff. Bexar Met shuts off the water with advance notice to the office, but they don't share that info with the residents.
