Apartment Review for The View At Encino Commons - San Antonio, TX

My wife, and son simply LOVE this complex, and so do I. We have some of the nicest neighbors one could ever hope to find in an apartment complex. I do not like to participate in on line forums, however, after reading some of the reviews that were quite obviously compiled in the middle of a temper tantrum I feel obligated to do something. As I stated above we have good neighbors. While we were waiting for the moving company to deliver our possessions from Albany New York we had to use the laundry room and some of the neighbors we talked with acted as if they were going to have a heart attack because their smoke alarm battery ran low which triggers a beep to inform the owners that the battery needs replaced. This caught my attention due to the story this woman was spinning, here it is, My battery needs replaced, I called the office at 2:30 and they said they would be sure to replace the battery and it is 3:45 AND THEY STILL HAVENT DONE WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. We have ran into other residents who acted the same way as the woman I ran into in the laundry room. One man told us he wasnt going to renew his lease BECAUSE HIS AIR CONDITIONER WILL NOT KEEP THE TEMP AT 60 DEGREES. I could provide a few more fine examples.
