Apartment Review for The View At Encino Commons - San Antonio, TX

It's obvious to anyone who has lived in these apartments that any of the reviews here saying they like the place it TOTALLY written by the office staff. Aside from your garage, there are FIVE (5)...yes FIVE....parking spots in front of each builing. The trash piles in front of the dumpster, everywoman in management WILL show every man that walks in their breasts, even though they are fat and nasty, and you will never get any maintenance done. You will be sneazing the entire time you are here b/c they have no filtering system. Not to mention the noise that comes from 281 sucks royally. Oh yeah...and for all the amenities they say they offer...make sure you ask them WHEN can you use them. The business center is totally off limits b/c their friends come in and use them constantly. There's a theater...but guess what...all you can watch is local T.V....no DVD's or movies. TV is another thing...they have a contract with DISH. You HAVE to pay at least $70 a month for some sorry TV junk that is totally worthless. So come on management...feel free to write how stupid I am and obiviously I was upset blah blah blah.... Bottom line...I'm done with you big pieces of lard!!!
