Apartment Review for The View At Encino Commons - San Antonio, TX

I moved out of this place several years ago but it sounds like the same things remain a problem. The dumpster NEVER work and are always full. This lends itself to RODENTS.

Also, Mgmt. did everything they could to screw me out of my security deposit. I left the place two months before my lease was up but wouldn't give them my keys. Kept asking for them to walk it with me to let me know what needed fixing or cleaning without any response. When it came time to give the deposit back and turn in the keys they kept almost everything rather than letting me make amends BEFORE the move out as asked.

TRY another location --- oh, the traffic at EVANS and 281 is awful at rush hour
