Worst place I have lived. Third management company and about 7th manager in just 2 years. Garbage piles up at "trash compactor" in front. I am embarrassed. Rules are not enforced, nothing works, ie theater, car wash, lighting. I would head people off at the entrance but I have to fulfill my lease and don't want to be evicted.  Need to rent an apartment?
