Apartment Review for The View At Encino Commons - San Antonio, TX

I still live here and I'm counting down the days until my lease is over. When I moved in my apartment was filthy. You can hear EVRYTHING in these units, because the walls are PAPER THIN. The garbage in front of the complex is ALWAYS ALWAYS FULL and OVERFLOWING, there are a butt load of drug dealers living in this complex, security is breached, the sprinkler system waters the streets more than the grass, the Management is totally unprofessional, the leasing agents have no concept of what's going on the area, You Guy's are SALES people you should always know what's going on in the area. Asking them to fix something would take an act of congress to get it done that's unless you fix it before they actually come. PARKING what can I say! Can anybody park without using all of the FIRE lanes. It's pet friendly all right, you step in other people's pet crap or have a very good smell of it from your patios, so you can NEVER open your windows, not to mention that in the summer the pool is always dirty, why because PETS are swimming in it. The units could use a facelift or an upgrade, all of the newer communities are way better with their amenities. You can only use the laundry facility, and workout room when the office is open. Oh my I could go on forever. I am totally not a bitter resident and I have been a very good tenant, but for the amount of money I pay to live here you would think that these concerns would not go on forever without any resolution, BUT THEY DO!!!! All I can say is this. Please ask questions, and look somewhere else, unless of course all of these things are the NORM for you and your family.
