Apartment Review for The View At Encino Commons - San Antonio, TX

I am still living here but am counting the days for my lease to end so that I can finally get out of here.my problems started on the first week after moving in, my apartment was flooded in the middle of the night and there was no answer in the after hours maintenance line.it takes weeks for the guys from maintenance to come fix things, when it rains the water comes in from the floors due to foundation issues, from the ceilings, from the windows all of the window! I have been asking them to fix this problem for months now and I am still on the LIST to have a contractor come out and fix this problem. The pools are always filthy, there is never parking spaces available, I cant sleep because you can hear the foot steps and every little noise from the people upstairs and around us, the leasing agents are rude.I went for a walk the other day with my son and the smell by the pool area was unbearable. it has been the worst experience for me and my family to live here and I know that I am not the only one that is feeling like this, I have been talking to some of my neighbors and they also have the same problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND The View to anyone. Good luck!
