This place is clean, but next door night clubs can keep you up at night on the Medical Drive side of complex. 1000 watt parking lot lights next door are also irritating. Those are unfortunate aspects of the location, which management cannot control, but be aware that management will use every excuse possible to keep your deposit. Regardless of how immaculate you leave your apartment (zero damage, zero marks on paint, zero dirt on carpet, like new fridge and stove) they will charge you to clean carpets, paint, clean refrigerators and toilets, etc., until it consumes your entire deposit. I would not bother to clean or touch up anything when you leave - they're keeping the deposit regardless.
