Apartment Review for Three Fountains - San Antonio, TX

My husband and I moved into these apartments and at first we we're very impressed with the staff. I guess that is what they use to get you in but once you're in they act like you're a problem for them. We had noisey neighbors and the complaints never stopped anything. Our apartment was broken into twice and no one did anything about it but charge up for locks. I was almost attacked my a lady in another building and the front office did nothing. But worst of all they always found reasons to charge us for stuff and would leave notices on our door. When my husband or I would go to figure out what it was they would say "oh it was a mistake and it was for something else" but then we would continue to get the notices. And when we moved out we moved onto Lackland AFB and they tried to over charge us and would not schudle an appointment to do a walk through of the apartment when we moved out and they refused to return our security deposit. Also, they attempted to charge us for electricity and water bills that occured three months after we left. I do not recommend these apartments to military personal especially because if you have to change duty stations fast they may try to pull a fast one on you and get you to pay for stuff you don't even owe.
