Apartment Review for Timbermill Apartments - San Antonio, TX

Well, these apts. are probably one of the most inexpensive apts. to live at around the area. But you get your money's worth. I didn't see the apt. before I moved in and when I finally did move in... the carpet was just disgusting. Although, they did replace it right away, but of course only after I had to complain about it... and why should I have to! I've only lived here for 2 mos. and I'm glad I only signed a 6 mo. lease. The tub leaks, mostly all of the outlets do not work! The refrigerator's light doesn't work. The front door is extremely weak I'm surprised we haven't been robbed. I wanted to live in a gated apt. complex and they claim they are going to fix the gates and they haven't done that either. It's not horrible looking but the place isn't the most attractive complex. Anyhow, there has been no maintenance done to the apartment home since the carpet =(
