Apartment Review for Verde Braun Station - San Antonio, TX

I have lived in this apartment for the past three years. I will have to say in this situation it's the staff that didn't make the cut. We recently had a change to the property with new staff management. Since this "staff" has come aboard, the crime has increased in the complex due to the broken gates not getting fixed; crimes such as graffiti, car break in, trespassing, etc, etc. The property manager has yet in the almost the past year that she has been there ever been accountable for the property that she is allegedly running. She's more concerned with how many cigarettes she can smoke in one 8 hour shift. I will have to admit, I love the inside of these apartments. The mirrors and openness is so great, when they are not being invaded by insects of all sorts. But who can blame them when tree trunks and branches are being left around the property for approximately three weeks. It also makes a nice home for the neighborhood cats that have made the complex their new home; which is really lovely for all the dogs that can’t seem to stop barking through out the entire night. But no worries, you can call the 24 hour service and make a complaint but nothing will get done about it. I have loved living in these apartments until recently. I have made my mind up to move from my home because of the lack of consideration that has been displayed by not only the management, staff, but corporate office as well. Poor decision making by the big guys up top.
