Apartment Review for The Villages Of Deerfield - San Antonio, TX

Parking - is awful, other tenants park in front of your garage, management doesn't care and not enough parking! Apartment - frig leaks replace twice still the same, toilet leaks tried to seal it but still the same, garage disposal doesn't work, and air condition was out and took three days for them to fix! Water is off during day quite often. Also, lock your doors. There has been break inns and people coming by to check if a door is locked. I had four times someone turn the knob to see if it is open. That really scared me... Management - not quick to fix the problem. They are not strong on the rules for the apartment. Other tenants leave trash out on days not scheduled on MWF, there is some trash bags torn up and trash is everywhere. Don’t fine anyone for not picking up dog poop or on trash as well. Tenants - There is a lot of tenants that are loud. Slam doors quite often. Also, throw trash on the floor and don't bother to pick it up. Cars speeding loud and music booming. They are not courteous to others. Past year Deerfield has lease to lower income families and some are the loud ones and not caring to
