They offer the following but here's what you get: 1. Professional site-management: A manager who's busy getting her next husband reeled in. 2. Professional staff: Employees who's favorite phrases are "I don't know, we don't do that, still working on it, etc... 3. Gated community: The gates don't work now the back one doesn't work. I've been here over 2 yrs. and the story is we are don't have the money. To new comers it's in the works. The fence on the back side dividing the land from the one next to it is all torn down. 4. An exercise/equipment room: They don't work. You will get the paper to sign stating you will follow the rules and they give you a key but they don't say it's not working!!! 5. Maintenance: Are you for real. The guys walks around smoking. They lose work orders or you have to basically harass them to get something done, emergency or not. The last staff had a manager who was strict and wouldn't take bs from anyone. They made sure things were done. Bring them back or someone who is just as tough.
