Apartment Review for Villas At Oakwell Farms - San Antonio, TX

When i came the first time to rent an apartment, they rental office staff told me all the good stuff.... they are good at it. Then when i moved in the bills started doubling, trippling in some cases. In one particular month my utility bill jumbed from $7 to $25 dollars and when i questioned why, i was told they can't do anything about it. Despite the sky rocketing bills, i had never delayed or defaulted payments. Then one month i left work really late so i could not go to drop my cheque the same day. The following morning ( the second day of the month) i went to hand in my check and within 30 minutes i had a call from the rental office indicating they cannot accept my check until i paid $50 late fee and additional $5 for each day payment was outstanding. I explained my plight and even ask them to review my history if i ever made any late payments and they wouldn't even listen or waive the fee. All i can say is that is the RENTAL OFFICE of VILLAS AT OAKWELL FARMS is full of thieves and criminals who only know how to make money by stealing. Nothing is ever fixed until you show up at least three to four times. I can't wait to get out
