Im a current resident. Maintenance is pityful there. Ive been waiting for certain jobs to be completed since i moved in. The pool is currently drained. And has been that way for quit some time now. ITS ALMOST SUMMER!!!! Courtesy patrol is a joke. I had to call numerous times in one night and nothing happened. Parking sucks too. The walls are like living in a trailer home. You can here EVERYTHING!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.  Need to rent an apartment?
