Apartment Review for Westchester Apartments - San Antonio, TX

The parking is a big issue because no one respects the assign parking, this property was my safe home 13 years ago , it was well kept . The property was painted only the outside to be able to convince new tenants to rent here, the new owners are very inresponsible and don't care about the safty and comfort of tenents. I asked about the the lawn being water like before and manager responded two weeks ago that she did not know if owner would like that. We pay rent and deserve the same treatment like other properties. It's unreal that we are next to balcnies police department and we still don't feel safe. Garbage , like furniture and bags of trash will be all over property and manager will not send no one to take care of problem. And repairs take a while because owners don't alow maintance to order parts. Please if you know who can help we are desperate.
