Apartment Review for Westlakes Villas - San Antonio, TX

Don't rent here. They would not show me my apartment, only the model. The bathtub has mold, the tub has a crack in it, you can't stand over the sink because the noise from the AC is so loud. The microwave is from the 80's and doesn't work. My refrigerator door is on backwards and the seal on it is old and cold air leaks out. The washer and dryer are stackable but mismatched so you can't open the washer lid without hitting the dryer above it. So you have to pull the washer out so you can open the lid and if you do that, you can't open the refrigerator door. They also turn the water off every other day so when you come home from work and turn the water on, it is brown, muddy with dirt chunks in it. I just buy bottled water now.

The management keeps harrassing me about late fees and rent payment. I pay my rent on time and all the other bills. They keep sending me more bills and claiming I have not paid them. They just sent me a notice that I will be locked out of my apartment if I don't pay.

There are so many other things I could mention but don't have space. I have only lived there for3 1/2 months.

I wish I could get out of my lease.
