Apartment Review for Windridge Apartments - San Antonio, TX

This place is surrounded by crime. My car has been broken into three times in less then six months. Apartments are broken into on a weekly bases and I have personally seen swat here twice to capture criminals held up in their apartment. The office staff passes the buck on security to you. If you don't have a car alarm and pay extra for an extra lock on your door you are perrty much bait. Maintence is horrible it takes them months to fix anything. Also becareful future residents this complex does accept section 8 housing and many who live here are on it. So if you have anything nice they will find out and take it. The condition of the complex itself is very poor, the stonewall has acid rain stains from the 1980's, the walkways are falling apart making them a hazard. Also the paint is peeling off and nothing is in the works to correct this. If you read this and still move it, at least you have been warned and if you are a victim you can't say you didn't know.
