Apartment Review for Windsor House - San Antonio, TX

I have had rats for the last 2 months. They actually completely scraatched through my rubbermaid dog food container to get inside. They also chewed through a pvc pipe and it leaked water in my kitchen and pantry area. The management company (Lincoln Property) has been changed as of a few days ago. The new company is not much better. They are not even calling me back or letting me know whats going on. I have been homeless now for the last 4 days because the carpet was so sachurated with water that it is now filled with mildew and smells aweful. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!
